Composition, measurements, origin or returns.
Fibre composition must be declared and must be accurate. Most small retailers copy whatever the supplier printed — and in doing so make the supplier's mistake their own offence. We verify instead, and say when we cannot.
Composition verified, measurements published, claims evidenced, and returns explained before you order.
Fibre composition established rather than reproduced from a supplier's label.

See the programSustainability and origin claims used only where they can be substantiated.

Her Himmat Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 13543981, based at Bulstrode Avenue in Hounslow, west London, and trading since August 2021 as a clothing retailer. The company has a single director and no previous names.
Two habits define how we list things. First, fibre composition must be declared and must be accurate under the Textile Products Regulations, and a retailer that reprints a supplier's label has adopted that statement as its own — so an error upstream becomes the retailer's offence. We verify rather than transcribe, and we say so where we cannot. Second, UK garment sizing is not standardised, so we publish the garment's actual measurements alongside the size label, because comparing against something you already own is the only method that works. We will not describe anything as sustainable, ethical or organic without evidence and without saying which part of the garment the claim covers, and we explain the hygiene limits on returns before you order.
Because it is a legal requirement rather than product information. Textile products must carry an accurate fibre composition, and an inaccurate one is both a regulatory breach and a misleading commercial practice. The part retailers miss is that reprinting a supplier's label makes the claim theirs, so if the supplier got it wrong, the problem lands here. We verify instead.
Possibly, and that is not a satisfying answer because UK sizing has no standard behind it. A 12 from two brands can differ by inches. That is why we publish the garment's actual measurements: take something that already fits you, measure it flat, and compare. It is more effort than trusting a label and considerably more reliable.
We sell some items where we can evidence a specific claim, and we will tell you which element of the garment it covers and which scheme certified it. What we will not do is apply the word to a whole product because part of it qualifies. Vague green claims are exactly what the CMA guidance was written to address, and they are easy to make and hard to check.
Yes, within fourteen days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The exception is sealed underwear and swimwear once the packaging has been opened, which cannot be returned on hygiene grounds. We say that before you order rather than when you are trying to send it back. If something is faulty or not as described, that is a separate and stronger right.
Close, usually, but screens vary and we will not pretend otherwise. If a colour is particularly hard to photograph we say so in the listing. If an exact shade matters for an occasion, ask us and we will describe it against something recognisable rather than relying on the image.
Only with the flammability labelling the Nightwear (Safety) Regulations require, and we do not stock children's garments with cords or drawstrings in positions the safety standard excludes. Those rules exist because of specific, serious injuries, and they are not the kind of thing to take a supplier's word on.
Ask us. We will send the actual figures, with no obligation to buy.
